My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This plant has been in my collection for many years and flowers regularly at this time of the year. Another sheith

just pushing out some buds and a division taken a couple of years ago doing it's thing as well so lots of purpurata blooms to enjoy.
