I've injoyed going thru the pictures you sent too and i did get the last ones,but have'nt made it all the way through them yet. Is the "Coffee Maker " in this group? My first thought was sagrilege for the beautiful coffee house. Glad it was'nt.

missfourseasons- thanks for the invite but i am in yellville, ar. i was gonna back in early nov but decided against it. i have some health issues and you don't wanna be sick in china. done that before.

there are about 18 million people in shanghai and about 15% are transients. i worked in a town called yongkang which is about 4 hrs SW of shanghai. yongkang has a pop. of 600,000. very small by chinese standards. it is snowing there right now.

William, i've been reading about the snow and the poor farmers losing their crops also the people stuck for a week or more after vacationing for New years. The snow seems to be hurting China pretty bad. Almost sounds like a Katrina tragedy.
