Thanks Ceresone - I hadn't looked at that one. I like the "so far today" feature that they have.
Sometimes in the summer I want to go back and see how long it has been since we had rain and it's hard to find.

I think sometimes they focus too much on present weather conditions on the news, and then flash the five day forecast for about two seconds. If you blink, you'll miss it. I'm glad we have internet.

What gets me on the local news is they will be totally wrong and the next day say not a word about it. They ignore the countryside and focus on the city or on record rains over in Kansas that not everyone got. I think local weather could be so much better. What irks me the most is the chit chat at the end of the news. Usually they make the mindless girl anchor complain about rain on the weekend even when we are dry in summer. I sound like the cranky guy on the tomato forum.
