You might try covering them up with leaves or a mulch.
Some of mine are doing the same thing except mine were already mulched with leaves but i'm going to add more. Some of my jonquils are up to but they do that alot and i may not mess with them.

I just did some yard clean-up and dumped the leaves over some of mine that were coming up through the mulch. Hope it helps.

I had alot of mine come up last year since we had a mild winter. As long as they stayed tight in the bud they were fine.

They were only doomed if they bloomed.
