But their big sacks of potting mix are outside frozen and you can break your neck looking at them like I almost did at Lowe's. At the Joplin Greenhouse the potting mix big bags were wrapped up tightly in shrink wrap type stuff. Maybe they will get all that out soon. It is too early but not for winter sowing.

I found Moon and Stars melons and I picked up melting sugar snow peas. I don't know if I will get them planted but they grabbed me as I walked by. Christie talks about the melon; I know nothing about the peas. I thought I would look up green beans before I buy to show a little control. I don't usually plant beans, but an Oriental girl at the farmers' market stir fries young ones split lengthwise with garlic and I liked them that way.

I bought some herb seeds yesterday. Sweet Basil,terragon,thyme and cilantro from Wally World. It's not too early to start those, except cilantro. I've got a good sunny window.

You all are getting me in the mood. I will go out today and see how much potting soil I have left. I may get some flats ready now for the snaps and onions.

We got up to 51° yesterday and it was wonderful!
