Grub control advice

I did a search in this forum for "grubs", but am still confused as to the best way to treat this.... I'm new to organic and really want to stick with it, but I need help.

Tonight, while digging the area for a new raised bed, we found a couple grubs...the white c shaped looking ones. I'm worried because a year or so ago, my neighbor's lawn just got trashed and she told me it was grubs. I really want to protect ours and nip this in the bud before it turns into a problem.

*Would it do any good to treat with beneficial nematodes now? (I've heard that only does good in the fall?)

*What is the best place to get these nematodes?

*Should I treat with milky spore instead, or is that only effective at certain times as well?

*Do the "chemical" grub treatments found at places like Lowe's, etc. kill off all bugs?

Thanks for any guidance you can offer me!
