Cabbage is a little more cold tolerant than broccoli. You should be able to plant it now under a row cover. And broccoli may do too, but here in z 6b I plant in early April but without a row cover. That nasty 18 dg freeze in April last year killed almost all of my broccoli, but only a few cabbage. Dorothy
