I e-mailed the manufacturer of the liquid kelp

and

was told

"3 oz per gallon of water over 200-250 sq/ft"

Do you think it means 3 oz dispensed in that area, because it seems 1 gallon of water won't really cover 200 sq ft

or maybe with a pump sprayer (thin spray) seems maybe doable.

Strange because the rest of the applications just calls for 1 TBSP of product for other stuff.
