flowering kale

20 years ago

I had planted some flowering kale last fall, now I don't know what to do with it. I can see new growth on 2 of the plants and the other looks kind of iffy. Any suggestions on what I need to do? Should I cut off the old yet still colorful growth to make way for the new? Thanks.
