I knew you would know about chickens if anyone here does. Those look like good looking chickens to me. I once had 30 brown leghorn pullets except three turned out to be the meanest roosters. I had little purple bruises on the backs of my legs and was afraid to turn my back on them. The hens were not mean at all.

Your hens look like they enjoyed the corn.
