Tasconias might do well in your area but would likely need some winter protection. This forum is pretty slow lately but you should check out the passiflora facebook page. Loads of folks there and it's quite active.

Tacsonias grow great gangbusters here until winter. Then the tropical ones at least are in trouble. I have my eyes on the lookout for species that are from the edges of the tropics (P. umbilicata) or outside the tropics altogether (P. pennatistipulata).

I grow a large number of passies in containers and winter almost all over in a greenhouse. There's not many that will survive our winters. I've even lost incarnatas during colder then average winters. I love tasconias but usually manage to kill them. I still have a small P. pinnatistipula that I started from seed that I'm hoping I can keep alive. I've even tried keeping tasconias in the greenhouse during the summer and cooling it with misters and fans but when it gets over 85, which it often does, the tasconias melt.
