passion vine not flowering

I bought a passion vine back in February and it was blooming a lot. But I forgot to water it for about 5 days about 3 weeks ago and now it wont bloom, it forms the bud, but when the outer shell opens up where the flower would bloom from, its empty. what can I do.

It sounds like the spider mites are at work on your plant. I'd hose it off daily until you get control of them.

A mild solution of baby shampoo and water (3 drops to a gallon of water) will help kill any pests. Just be sure to hose off the soapy water after about 15 minutes.
