My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It's Christmas.....what nicer thing to do than to do a limited SASBE offer for the first five responders. What's the offer? 10 Trinidad Scorpion (C. Chinense) seeds.

All you need to do is post on this thread (first give get it). Then, I will contact you with my mailing address. Just send a self-addressed stamped bubble mailer and include return postage and a return address label in the envelope. I'll mail it back out once received.
