Blossom End Rot?

Hello,

I have a small kitchen garden, mostly tomatoes and peppers. I have very little experience in this area. I'm very proud of my tomatoes, they seem to be doing well, but I'm losing my bell peppers. Nearly all of the fruits have dark grey to black sunken spots. Some of them have a small amount of fuzzy looking white mold around the spots. All my plants are well off the ground and I try to water as evenly and regularly a possible. Could this be a bacterial problem, and if so, can fix it or should I remove the plants altogether to protect my tomatoes, which are very close?

This is my first garden. I'm open to any and all suggestions.
