Passiflora morifolia?

If the ripe fruit is a very dark purple, almost black, with bright orange/red arils I'd say it's a morifolia too.

Yup, it's morifolia. Black fruit, fig leaf shaped leaves... Self fertile.

I would have gotten out the books & looked it up but they're all down at the tattoo shop. Yup, vines are working their way down my arm. Slowly as growth is a function of money in my pocket rather than light & fertilizer.
