leaves turning yellow

The leaves of the plant are turning yellow though I am watering the plant once in fifteen days.The plant is located such that it gets direct sunlight from early morning till 12 noon. Please advise remedial action. I am having this plant for more than 7-8 years but I am observing this phenomenon only recently.

It may have just dried out to much,should look fine once it flushes again...

looks possibly from sun burn, too... leaves are not going to get any better, but as said already, next flush of leaves should be OK... if this cycad (NOT a palm) is going to be in sun, best to have it in full sun when the new leaves are coming up, or they may burn again if exposed to sun for the first time later on
