First I would move those black rocks away from your stem as they will burn the plant on a warm day. Next, I only water a cutting once and then wait for the leaves to grow 6" before watering again. That size leaf means it is trying to root but may not have put out roots yet. The stem holds water so it does not need water to root. If it sits in wet soil, it will often rot from the base up. Put something white like sand or white rock, or put bark next to the stem away from the black rock.

I would say you should be fine at this point it can go a while longer without water so if you think you should leave it for any reason do so. if you still want to water it only give it a little
