Newbie here. Love Plumeria, quite an addiction going on here. Just wanted to say Hi to everyone and I look forward to the wealth of knowledge on here.
Also, is it normal for a plant to go dormant with an inflo on it and then in the spring for that inflo to bloom or was I lucky?

Yep fairly common. Happens to a couple of mine. Divine is good about doing that. Mine has 3 from last year that look like they will bloom again. Sometimes the old inflo will turn into a branch. Not very often but has happened.

As Mike said it's fairly common for an inflo from the year before to go dormant and bloom again once spring returns. Just be sure to keep a sharp eye on any inflos left on over winter because they can rot and allow the rot to get into the tree itself.
