Hi! I just bought this plant and it doesn't look really good. Any tips on how to make it healthy? Thanks. I'm not sure if I'm at the right forum though..

It definitely needs new, fresh soil immediately.
But before you do, you might want to ask the hydrangea experts. The forum is linked below for you.

It's almost time for it to lose it leaves. Otherwise I would suggest you fertilize it.

That Hydrangea is suffering from Chlorosis which has many causes, the soil if is growing in may be too wet, the plant may need a balanced fertilizer, the potting soil may be the wrong pH, etc. Whether Hydrangeas grow year around in the Philippines or not is something I have not been able to find out, yet.

Thank you :) replanted it in new soil and it looks a little better...
