Hello, I have had my plumeria for a little over a year now and it was doing well until a couple months ago.

After blooming and the flowers falling off, the top of my cutting turned brown and the top couple inches of the cutting feel mushy, but the bottom portion still feels firm. Is this stem rot and is there anything I can do? Thanks!
