Looks like Senecio aureus.

It could also be Senecio glabella or Butterweed. I have seen it in the woods here in southern Indiana as well. It is native, but seems to be growing invasive. From my research I have found that it is the Senecio that covers many of the farm fields in later spring. A photo of the basal leaves would help with identification.

that is called Senecio mostly grow in the grass and also in the mountain areas its end green and tops yellow.
