hi im just getting to know wild flowers this year,

i found lobiea down by the bank this year [the bank never gets cut] it was big n beauitful! the plants was about 2-3 feet tall. well then i was sitting in my yard yesterday n i looked down to find a tiny small lobelia! about 6inches tall. they both looked the same except size, my yard dose get cut. so im wondering if these two are the same? maybe the one i found in the yard is smaller cause the yard gets cut? or is these two diffrent?

i did dig up the tiny lobelias n put them in a flower bed:)
