My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Giving a discount for cash payment OOPS!!

After I read what I wrote I realize I asked the wrong thing. I want to know If there is a tried and true formula to determin how much of a cash discount you can give a client ad still cover costs such as Workers cop, etc. SORRY FOR THE MISCOMMUNICATION
