Leaf problems. Is it sun scald?

Hi, I'm growing a few Scorpion peppers from seed this year and recently some of the plants have had some leaves contorting in odd ways.

I know this question has been asked before, and I have read many posts about it. But usually there are different answers as to what it is, so I figured I'd show my specific problem. Does this look like sun scald? Or could it be a fertilizer problem or a calcium deficiency?

I have been adding a slightly lower-than-recommended amount of seaweed extract for all waterings, but slowed down with that about 10 days ago. I also was adding a 1/2 - 2/3 portion of fish emulsion about every second watering, but now I use the emulsion much less. I added a 1/2 strength mix of Cal-Mag plus to the water about a week ago (for the first time), and the plants have had a couple feedings of 4-4-4 alfalfa meal over the past 6 weeks.

The plants spend most of their time just under the overhang of my patio, where they get sun from about 6:30am to 1:00pm. If I'm home I sometimes move them out a bit between 3:00pm and 5:00pm to get more sun.

I also have some bell peppers that have some contorted leaves too.

What are people's opinions on these leaves?
