Hey folks--I have 13 plumeria that i started from cuttings. The original finally bloomed when it reached about 4'. It hasnt bloomed again, nor have any of the others. I have tried high phosphorus food, but still no blooms. They are just getting leggy to the point, i will have to prune them & i know you aren't suppossed to do that, nor do i want to. I live in Tampa so theres no reason i can think of why they havent bloomed this summer. Any advise would be appreciated.
