Fertilizing containers and garden are different. Because the containers (especially of 5 gl. size) are watered more often, and often watered too much (each time) so the nutrients come and go fast. That is why most container growers will fertilize at much weaker strength ( 1/4 to 1/3) but more often ( like once a week).
For this purpose and other reasons, liquid or water soluble synthetic fertilizers are preferred.

From your past pics, I thought you had all your plants in-ground. I guess your doing both pots and ground?

The doo-doo is organic, so I'd save it till next year for the ground and/or mix some in your pots 1st thing in the season. Organic ferts are difficult to use in smallish containers since they take so long to break down and sustaining a microherd is difficult in small containers. You just may want to relegate it to the ground and use synthetics for your pots.

You might also want to save the other for next year also. In your zone, any growth or flower/fruit production will be minimal at this point in the season, no matter what you add.

With all ferts, make sure you water thoroughly before and after.

Application rates--- with all ferts that don't list the application rate for containers, I treat it like this --- take the surface area of the pot(about 1 s.f. for a bucket) and work the math from there.

Better to error on the side of UNDER fertilizing than OVER.
