Being the hybridizer of JOY I would like to give everyone an update from Bill DeVor at NorEast.

" We have been working hard to try and bring this variety to market. Our initial intentions were to produce it on its own roots but we were unsuccessful. In discussing other options with David, I decided to build up some numbers by budding onto fortuniana. I am unsure to what the exact date it will become available but we will update the website as soon as we are sure. Thanks so much for your interest in this beautiful rose. Bill DeVor

Yep, Wisconsin Roses. I just got one a few months ago. Steve won't be shipping again til spring tho.
