Did you or your neighbor grow bell peppers when you grew the last batch? From looking at the pictures they don't look like any type of bell pepper that I know of. Cross pollination is the only thing that I can think of that may have happened. Bees go from one plant to the other and collect pollen on their bodies. When they go to the next flower they shake off some of that pollen on that flower. i have a few types of tomatoes, tepin, serreno, not that much but i'll look i forget some of them

they are very good they have a fruity taste then the heat kicks in, but haven't picked any red ones yet i've been picking at the plant as i water the garden

people ship tomatoes all the time if there's a will there's a way. i'll email you a list of what else i have when i dig them out again. all year i have been trying to cross a bell with a serreno with no luck the thought of having bell pepper flavor with the heat of the serreno sound so good
