Question about size of minifloras

I've ordered the following roses from Bridges. Before I plant them in the garden, I'd like an idea of how big the varieties will grow.

Roses are: Camden, Dr. John Dickman, Purple Dawn, Tiffany Lynn, Tiffany Lite and Autumn Splendor.

When I get the roses, should I plant them in pots until the plants are larger?
