Can someone please give advise on using Bayer Rose & Flower potting soil. The description says 4 month insect protection and 9 month fertilizer. If this is true do I need to use additional products?

How about Bayer Systemic 2 in 1 Rose Flower care? If I use this should I also use the Bayer insect spray on a scheduled basis?

Sorry to have so many questions at once, but would like to get started right.

If I ever get to start. lol. The Ohio Valley weather is up to the normal spring tricks. Summer like one day and still wintery the next.
