Alot of roses are shade "Tolerant", but they would still require atleast 4 hours of direct sunlight per day to bloom properly. Perferablely morning sun to dry the leaves which will help for fungus prevention.


Most ground cover roses can tolerate less direct sun and also afew minis that I have like "Gourmet Popcorn" and "Herbie". You might want to Google for "Shade tolerant Roses" and you should get other suggestions.
