mini rose w/out leaves HELP!

I have had this beautiful mini rose bush that I've been growing outside for 3 years now. For some odd reason, when it started to bloom this year it lost all of its leaves. The edge of the petals were orange but this year they weren't. It's weird b/c I have them in full sun. Any ideas? What can I do? The rest of my minis are doing well!
