Can anyone help me identify this rose?

Hi, I have two rooted cuttings from this rose. It is at the house we currently rent. It is very hardy with little care and tolerates the drought and cold quite well. It grows as a bush only about 2 2 1/2 feet tall. The flowers are small and measure about an inch to 1 1/2.
