ID this lavender baby, please

This rose seems like it won't get over about 2.5 feet tall. I'm not sure about that because it was transplanted last year and so I think it needs time to catch up. Currently, it is about 14" to 16" tall. If I remember right, it might have been a little over 2feet before I moved it. It is moderately fragrant, and I can best describe it as just very classically "rosey", like an antique perfume. The leaves are serrated, but not deeply. I clipped the last bloom off about a week ago, and no sign of re-bloom, so I don't know if that's slow to rebloom or not. The leaves are a grayer green than the pic appears but the flower is true to color. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hmmm. First thought was Angel Face, but too light, I think. Then maybe Memorial Day.

Diane, I looked up Memorial Day and it is described as medium pink. The bloom on this is a definite mauve or lavender. Also, HMF said MD has darker color on the reverse, and this one does not. It isn't Angel Face. I've had those and this isn't it.
When I looked up Blue Girl, there were two listed, differing, I think in the developer or breeder. The one that had the name Kordes attached looks like it, but when I looked at all the photos, the foliage may be a different shade of green. However, I know that colors come out different sometimes and it fit in all the other parameters, so I think I'm ready to call this one Blue Girl.
Of course, if anyone else has a more definitive answer, I all eyes (forum version of 'all ears')

Memorial Day can be mauve, but I'll leave the comparisons to you.

There are two Blue Girls, one Kordes, one Tantau. It might be the Tantau (not the one you linked to), that one has more ruffling to the edges. I think the one I had was the Kordes, but I don't remember the blooms. There is another Tantau called Blue Moon, might be worth a look. I think the next bloom will give us more info.
