maybe blight?

I posted this in the vegetable forum, but this forum may be a better place.

I'm assuming one of my jalapeno plants has blight. The plant is still producing but leaves are yellow. Should I pull it? I've treated it with fungicide for 2 weeks with no improvement. I noticed a couple sweet potato leaves nearby are starting to yellow, that may be normal.

This is the whole plant. In a raised bed. Planted mid March. Once a month fertilized with Tomato fert from Miracle grow: Spray leaves a bit and a couple quarts dripping out of container towards bottom of plant. I water drip system every 2-3 days if no rain for 30-45min. There are 3 plants, this one is the only one affected. It has peppers on it, but I noticed it has no new flowers. All 3 plants had performed great, but this one started looking bad in the last 3 weeks. Used fungicide last 3 weeks with no luck or noticeable change.

Some peppers that were on it turned red and none on the others plants have. Hope these pictures work.

Not sure what to do, should I pull it? Thanks in advance for any/all advice.
