You landed in the wrong forum, but let's try to help anyway.

Your rose has "black spot"; it's caused by a fungus. It won't kill the rose, but will make the plant look ugly for a while. You'll be surprised at how the leaves will grow back and it will look healthy again. It will also probably get black spot again, and it will keep going through this cycle.

The fungus that causes black spot loves heat and humidity.

You might want to try a fungicide. There are a number of them available at the various big box stores, like Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, etc. Or you can get one from your local nursery. Most fungicides are used as a preventative, so you treat healthy foliage to prevent the fungus from spreading.

I would start out using the Safer product line. It's very important to used fungicides regularly. Don't be like me and use it once or twice and then forget about it. :-)

Another fungicide that I like is called Infuse. It is a liquid and comes in a small bottle that costs around $10.00. You mix it in a sprayer with water and spray the leaves. Just follow the directions on the label/bottle. Btw, that $10.00 bottle will last a long time for only one plant, because you only mix a tablespoon or two in a gallon of water.

I would recommend that you spray in the evening; some fungicides, when used in strong sunlight, will burn the leaves. If you spray in the evening, right around sunset, there will be little or no damage to the leaves.
