On a home tour yesterday in Eldorado Hills, CA saw a stunner with RED buds, when open it was a golden peachy face. Someone said Joseph's Coat but after searching web photo's, I don't think so. None had pink hues, just the Red underside and golden face. It was a very bright day, the red was RED, not pink at all. The red faded a little in older blooms.

What is it? I should have taken a full picture of the plant, sorry. Didn't look like a climber.
