My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Yellow Rose

3 years ago I purchased a group of roses from J&P. It was supposed to be Gemini, Pearlesence (which were beautiful but succumbed to RRD) and Vanilla Parfume?

Anyway, by the time VP bloomed, the buds were a lime green and the blooms are bright yellow. It has survived the RRD and is going very strong. No scent, definitely a HT with a very long lasting bloom in a vase.

Any clues?
