My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Pepper education please

I got into peppers just about 2 yrs ago. It started when I seen Habanero's at Giant and decided I was going to make a hotsauce. Success now I can't stop lol so I grow Bhut Jolokia and a variety of Thai.

Is the Bhut the hottest or just holds the official record?

What is the TS Morouga, Brain, 7 primo, 7 jonah? Are they a hybrid of a variety of pepper out there? An unstable cross? Are they all super hots?
