Maybe Centennial Star?

The photos at helpmefind.com may not be very helpful in this case. The colors of CS are extremely variable, from deep gold with red edges to softer pale yellow with pink tips exactly like your photo. I remember the scent as being very light (I thought it smelled a bit like pear) and the foliage being dark and glossy like your photo. Since yours is just a baby it could have smaller blooms and fewer petals, too.

Do you know anything about the mother plant where you got the cutting? Is it a hybrid tea, shrub, or ??? How long has it been there, etc?

Hi Dawn, thank you for responding back to me. The pictures on HMF are the closest so far to my cutting. I apologize but I do not know where the cutting came from. My sister brought a few cuttings to me one day and I stuck them in a pot. I do believe it "could be" Centennial Star. Thanks so much again for all your help.
