The description sounds like and the bloom looks like my Tropicana. Mine has also a very mild scent.

Tropicana blends toward white at the very bottom of the petal base, so a lightening on the outer petals sounds like a reasonable description.

A few other ringers are the bush traits:
- very spreading, sometimes curved-out stem growth, like the outer branches of a candelabra,
- small, somewhat round, undistinguished leaves,
- vicious, inconsistent thorns - various sizes with many smaller ones all over - mixed with large ones, and all of them are needle sharp.

Looks like tropicana to me. Very difficult to get that exact color in a photograph. Mine are always "fruity/candy" smelling to my nose.
