No, because when the flower opens, it looks sort of like an old fashioned type rose, with quartered parts, sorry my picture is so bad, lol! The colors are actually correct, they look like the picture, a weird purplish pink.

It sort-of looks like a friend's plant of Ferdinand Pichard.

I'm pretty sure I had bought it from a Wayside catalog about 5 or more years ago...if that helps any. :)
