Helpmefind/Roses reports that Candystick it is a red/white striped sport of Better Times. I grow a close relative of it -- a pink/white striped sport of Better Times called Modern Times. Modern Times is available occasionally from Vintage Gardens.

But if you want a red/white stripe, perhaps you would be happier with Fourth of July, which is a great rose and a good grower nearly everywhere.
