Yours looks narrower, more elongated, although it could be curled back and distorted because of the mildew.

The buds are very distinctive, so that would be something to compare for ID:

It's hard to tell much about the foliage, but the bloom looks like R. setigera to me. How many leaflets does it have?

Thanks y'all. I'll go home later this afternoon and take a better picture of the foliage and post tomorrow or the next day. I'm thinking it has five leaflets on norm. Generally they are fatter round than what my picture shows. It looks slightly different than the mulibracteata and setigera pictures I've seen (thanks again). It was very difficult to root but I managed to get one plant rooted and planted.
