My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

please help me i.d. this rose....

i bought it on clearance with no tag. it almost has the same coloration as 'teasing georgia', but is much more like a tea rose in form,and has a much deeper green leaf.. thanks, donna
