Name That Rose!

I have a climbing rose that is approximately 5 years old. I think it's a Joseph's coat rose, but I'm not sure. It has both single and double blooms that vary in color. The flowers also change color as they age. The blooms are highly fragrant (perfume fragrance?). It has a lot of thorns (big and sharp). 'Joseph's Coat' should produce all double flowers and not be extra fragrant.

The flower looks a lot like "Westerland" to me. Westerland has a strong fruity fragrance, and is a climber in warm weather. In my experience, sometimes Westerland's blooms are double; sometimes semi-double. Check the link for some photos.
