How hard a frost? A frost will kill a bloom & maybe soft new growth, but roses are hardy plants, overall. If you have mulch available, water the plants & mulch them well. If you're getting more than a few degrees of frost for more than a few hours, you can cover new plants with empty pots, garbage cans, cardboard boxes, sheets, etc. They'll be ok. Might as well cut blooms now & enjoy inside.
