My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

First New Rose Babies

After three years, I have finally got six seedlings, and two different blooms. I hope you can see them here:

The first rose has been named in honor of my (thankfully living) mother; the second to my (thankfully living) father. Siblings and DD and DH are next!
