My mother had a large old climber by her front step (most likely Blaze or something similar). She had me cut it down. I would have rather dug it up and put it somewhere else, but there was no time. I did bring home a large bucket full of 1 1/2 to 2 foot long cane sections. I am considering just sinking them down into the ground over the winter to see what happens. Does anyone have any suggestions?
