Flame has always stayed red for me, though some of my other reds do take on pinkish hues at times. I think Flame is more of a scarlet red (hence the name), rather than a blue or magenta red like most of my other greggiis, so maybe that explains it. If your 'Flame' is pinkish-lavender I think it's been mislabeled.
